摘 要:为优化冶金设备产品的研发、制造、运维的全生命周期管理,推动冶金装备网络化协同制造的标准化进程,首先给出了面向冶金装备的网络化协同制造总体框架,并建立了相应的标准体系。通过对冶金装备行业特点的深入分析,探讨了冶金装备网络化协同制造技术要求以及其平台的技术要求,并提出建议,旨在为未来制定冶金装备网络化协同制造相关标准提供参考依据。In order to optimize the life cycle management of R&D,manufacturing,operation and maintenance of metallurgical equipment products,and promote the standardization process of metallurgical equipment networked collaborative manufacturing,the overall framework of networked collaborative manufacturing for metallurgical equipment was given,and the corresponding standard system was established.Based on the in-depth analysis of the characteristics of metallurgical equipment industry,the technical requirements of metallurgical equipment networked collaborative manufacturing and technical requirements of metallurgical equipment networked collaborative manufacturing platform are discussed.The proposed suggestions are intended to provide reference for the development of metallurgical equipment networked collaborative manufacturing standards in the future.
