摘 要:切头飞剪曲轴经过长时间使用后其轴承及轴套等安装部位产生缺陷导致精度下降。常见的缺陷有轴径磨损、弯曲、轴径表面裂纹、划痕、烧伤、粗糙度下降等。这些缺陷导致飞剪功能丧失,设备报废,但废旧曲轴大多仍有再利用价值。通过研究曲轴装卡方式,采用轴端胀套抱紧装卡定位加工技术,能有效解决曲轴车削无工艺卡头、无定位基准孔的加工难题。经过再制造的曲轴性能接近原始性能,制造成本仅为原来的30%~60%,该工艺技术可为同类轴类件的加工提供借鉴意义。曲轴的再制造技术的应用在节约资源、保护环境、提升经济价值、可持续发展等方面具有重要意义。After a long period of use,the crankshaft of the cutting head flying shear has defects in the installation parts such as bearings and bushings,resulting in a decrease in accuracy.Common defects include shaft diameter wear,bending,shaft diameter surface cracks,scratches,burns,roughness reduction,etc.These defects lead to the loss of flying shear function and the scrapping of equipment,but most of the waste crankshafts still have reuse value.By studying the crankshaft clamping method,the shaft end expansion sleeve holding clamping positioning processing technology can effectively solve the machining problem of crankshaft turning without process chuck and positioning reference hole.The performance of the remanufactured crankshaft is close to the original performance,and the manufacturing cost is only 30%~60%of the original.This process technology can provide reference for the processing of similar shaft parts.The application of remanufacturing technology of crankshaft is of great significance in saving resources,protecting the environment,enhancing economic value and sustainable development.
