摘  要:对某电厂汽轮发电机转子振动异常的运行现状进行了分析,分析发现转子振动异常的主要原因是风路堵塞及滑移不畅造成转子热不平衡,对影响汽轮发电机转子热不平衡问题的因素进行了分析,并且着重分析了近几台机组造成风路堵塞的原因,针对现有机组面临深度调峰、频繁启停等复杂工况,提出了转子优化措施,提高了机组在复杂工况下的适应性、稳定性以及可靠性,保障了电力系统安全稳定运行。This paper analyzes the operational status of abnormal vibration of a turbine generator rotor in a power plant.The analysis reveals that the main cause of the abnormal rotor vibration is the thermal imbalance of the rotor due to blockage of the air path and poor sliding.It analyzes the factors that affect the thermal imbalance of the turbine generator rotor,and focuses on analyzing the causes of air path blockage in recent units.Aiming at the complex operating conditions faced by existing units,such as deep peak shaving and frequent start-stop,optimization measures for the rotor are proposed to improve the adaptability,stability,and reliability of the unit under complex operating conditions,ensuring the safe and stable operation of the power system.
