摘  要:冷氢化反应器是多晶硅行业重要的压力容器设备,其使用的材料为UNS N08810镍基合金,制造要求比较高。为确保该设备的使用和安全性能,对多晶硅冷氢化反应器的设备结构、材料以及制造过程中关键工序要点进行了归纳总结,并针对大厚度镍基合金焊缝采用相控阵超声检测进行了研究。虽然该技术检测结果与实际缺陷尺寸会有一定误差,但可用于企业内部焊缝质量的初步内控评价手段,实现焊缝射线检测工序的错峰,缓解射线检测资源的紧张,并为该技术替代射线检测的可能积累数据,提供参考。Cold hydrogenation reactor is an important pressure vessel equipment in the polysilicon industry.The material used is UNS N08810 nickel-based alloy,and the manufacturing requirements are relatively high.In order to ensure the use and safety performance of the equipment,this paper summarizes the equipment structure,materials and key process points in the manufacturing process of polycrystalline silicon cold hydrogenation reactor,and studies the non-destructive testing method of phased array ultrasonic testing for large thickness nickel-based alloy welds.Although there will be a certain error between the detection results of this technology and the actual defect size,it can be used as a preliminary internal control evaluation method for the internal weld quality of the company,to realize the peak shifting of the weld radiographic inspection process,and to alleviate the shortage of radiographic inspection resources.It also provides a reference for the possible accumulation of data for this technology instead of radiographic testing.
