摘 要:超大规模多输入多输出(Extremely Large-Scale Multiple Input Multiple Output,XL-MIMO)、非正交多址(NonOrthogonal Multiple Access,NOMA)、混合波束成形(Hybrid Beamforming,HBF)是6G的关键技术。随着天线数量的大幅增加,大规模MIMO系统向XL-MIMO系统的转变不仅意味着天线数量的变化,而且电磁波的传输特性发生了根本性变化,基于平面波模型的远场信道将不再适用。因此,考虑基于球面波传输模型的近场通信场景,在该模型下采用群体串行干扰删除(Group-level Successive Interference Cancellation,GSIC)的毫米波MIMO-NOMA网络能量效率。首先,基于近场信道建立上行链路毫米波XL-MIMO-HBF-NOMA系统模型,并给出优化的用户分组方案。其次,提出以最大化能量效率为目标的优化问题,并通过波束扫描和迫零技术完成HBF设计。为求解该非凸优化问题,采用嵌套的二次变换技术,并设计关于HBF与功率分配的迭代优化算法。最后,通过仿真验证所提架构在近场通信中的有效性。Extremely Large-Scale Multiple Input Multiple Output(XL-MIMO),Non-Orthogonal Multiple Access(NOMA)and Hybrid Beamforming(HBF)are the key technologies of 6G.With the substantial increase in the number of antennas,the transformation from large-scale MIMO system to XL-MIMO system not only means the change in the number of antennas,but also fundamentally changes the transmission characteristics of electromagnetic waves,so the far-field channel based on plane wave model will no longer be applicable.Therefore,considering the near-field communication scenario based on the spherical wave transmission model,a millimeter wave MIMO-NOMA network with Group-level Successful Interference Cancellation(CSIC)is adopted for energy efficiency in this model.Firstly,the uplink millimeter-wave XL-MIMO-HBF-NOMA system model is established based on the near-field channel,and the optimized user grouping scheme is given.Secondly,the optimization problem with the goal of maximizing EE is proposed,and the HBF design is completed by beam scanning and zero forcing technology.In order to solve this nonconvex optimization problem,nested quadratic transformation technology is adopted,and an iterative optimization algorithm about HBF and power allocation is designed.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed architecture in near field communication is verified by simulation.
