血清Hcy、UA水平与抑郁症患者病情及认知功能的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨检测血清同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,Hcy)、尿酸(uric acid,UA)水平评估抑郁症患者病情及认知功能的临床价值。方法非随机选取南京市江宁区第二人民医院于2022年9月—2023年10月收治的117例抑郁症患者进行研究,所有患者均采集血液样本进行血清Hcy、UA水平检测。对比不同抑郁程度及认知功能患者的血清Hcy、UA水平,并分析相关性。结果117例抑郁症患者的认知功能障碍发生率为52.99%(62/117),随着其抑郁程度加重及认知障碍的发生、加重,其血清UA、Hcy水平逐渐增高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。抑郁症患者汉密尔顿抑郁症量表评分及简易智力状态检查量表评分与血清UA水平(r=0.461、0.432)、Hcy水平(r=0.582、0.603)成正相关,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论为抑郁症患者进行血清Hcy及UA检测不仅有助于了解其病情的变化情况,还可预测其认知功能损伤发生风险。Objective To explore the clinical value of detecting serum homocysteine(Hcy)and uric acid(UA)levels to evaluate the condition and cognitive function of patients with depression.Methods 117 patients with depression ad⁃mitted to the Second People's Hospital of Jiangning District,Nanjing from September 2022 to October 2023 were nonrandomly selected for the study.Blood samples were collected from all patients for serum Hcy and UA levels testing.Compare the serum Hcy and UA levels of patients with different levels of depression and cognitive function,and ana⁃lyze the correlation.Results The incidence of cognitive impairment in 117 patients with depression was 52.99%(62/117).As the severity of depression and cognitive impairment worsened,the serum levels of UA and Hcy gradually in⁃creased,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The Hamilton Depression Scale score and Minimental State Examination score of patients with depression were positively correlated with serum UA(r=0.461,0.432)and Hcy levels(r=0.582,0.603),the differences were statistically significant(all P˂0.05).Conclusion Serum Hcy and UA testing for patients with depression not only helps to understand the changes in their condition,but also predicts the risk of cognitive impairment.
