痛点结合椎间孔点针刀松解治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨痛点结合椎间孔点针刀松解治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法非随机选取2022年3月—2023年1月江门市蓬江区中西医结合医院收治的90例腰椎间盘突出症者为研究对象,按治疗方法不同分为两组,各45例。对照组行痛点针刀治疗,观察组行痛点结合椎间孔点入路治疗。比较两组腰背肌群力学指标、生活质量评分及腰痛情况。结果观察组腰背伸峰力矩为(80.9±11.7)Nm、腰背屈伸比为(85.0±10.6)%,优于对照组的(69.5±8.5)Nm和(77.9±7.9)%,差异有统计学意义(t=5.288、3.603,P均<0.05)。观察组生活质量评分为(23.3±1.7)分,高于对照组的(17.7±1.9)分,差异有统计学意义(t=14.735,P<0.05)。,观察组腰痛评分为(2.1±0.4)分,低于对照组的(3.1±0.9)分,差异有统计学意义(t=6.811,P<0.05)。结论针对腰椎间盘突出症患者,采取痛点结合椎间孔点入路针刀松解术治疗可有效改善患者腰背肌群力学指标,改善患者生活质量,缓解疼痛。Objective To explore the curative effect of pain point combined with intervertebral foramen point needle knife release in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation Methods From March 2022 to January 2023,ninety patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to Pengjiang District Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Jiangmen City were non-randomly selected as the research objects.According to different treatment meth-ods,they were divided into two groups,forty-five cases in each group.The control group was treated with pain point needle knife,and the observation group was treated with pain point combined with intervertebral foramen point ap-proach.The mechanical indexes,quality of life scores and low back pain were compared between the two groups.Re-sults The waist-back extension peak torque and waist-back flexion-extension ratio of the observation group were(80.9±11.7)Nm and(85.0±10.6)%,which were better than(69.5±8.5)Nm and(77.9±7.9)%of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=5.288,3.603,both P<0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group was 23.3±1.7,which was higher than 17.7±1.9 of the control group,and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(t=14.735,P<0.05).The low back pain score of the observation group was 2.1±0.4,which was lower than 3.1±0.9 of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.811,P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with lumbar disc herniation,pain point combined with intervertebral foramen point approach needle knife release can effec-tively improve the mechanical index of low back muscle group,improve the quality of life of patients and relieve pain.
