丁苯酞联合依达拉奉右莰醇治疗急性脑梗死 患者的效果及其对神经功能的影响

摘　　要：目的深入分析在急性脑梗死患者中联合使用丁苯酞、依达拉奉右莰醇的治疗效果。方法目的选取涟水县人民医院于2022年1月—2023年6月期间接收的129例急性脑梗死患者为研究对象,按照用药方式不同分为对照组(n=64)、观察组(n=65),对照组予依达拉奉右莰醇治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上结合丁苯酞治疗。对比两组治疗效果、血流动力学指标及神经功能。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为95.38%(62/65),高于对照组的84.38%(54/64),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.313,P=0.038)。治疗后,观察组的血流动力学指标均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的神经功能改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论丁苯酞联合依达拉奉右莰醇用于治疗急性脑梗死具有优势。该联合治疗方案对患者各项生理指标的改善具有积极作用。Objective A detailed analysis of the therapeutic effects of combining butylphthalide and edaravone dex⁃borneol in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods 129 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction who were admitted to Lianshui County People's Hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were purposefully selected as the study subjects.According to different medication methods,they were divided into control group(n=64)and observa⁃tion group(n=65).The control group was treated with edaravone dextrorphan,and the observation group was treated with butylphthalide on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,hemodynamic indexes and neurological function were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.38%(62/65),which was higher than 84.38%(54/64)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.313,P=0.038).After treatment,the hemodynamic indexes of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).After treatment,the improve⁃ment of neurological function in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion Butylphthalide combined with edaravone dextrorphan has ad⁃vantages in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.The combined treatment has a positive effect on the improve⁃ment of various physiological indexes of patients.
