两步法翻修术治疗全膝关节置换术后深部感染的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探究全膝关节置换术后深部感染患者应用两步法翻修术治疗的效果。方法目的选取黔西市人民医院于2021年1月—2023年12月收治的60例全膝关节置换术后深部感染患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方式不同分为两组,即对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组患者接受传统翻修术治疗,而观察组患者则接受两步法翻修术治疗。对比两组膝关节疼痛评分、膝关节功能评分、术后并发症发生率、感染复发率。结果治疗后,观察组的膝关节疼痛评分为(2.03±0.26)分,低于对照组的(6.57±0.89)分;观察组的膝关节功能评分为(90.36±3.92)分,高于对照组的(61.07±2.48)分,差异有统计学意义(t=9.457、8.376,P均<0.05)。观察组的术后并发症发生率、感染复发率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论两步法翻修术治疗全膝关节置换术后深部感染的效果确切。Objective To explore the effect of two-step revision surgery on patients with deep infection after total knee arthroplasty.Methods Select sixty patients with deep infection after total knee arthroplasty admitted to Qianxi People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were objectively selected as the study subjects.They were di⁃vided into two groups according to different treatment methods,namely the control group and the observation group,with thirty cases in each group.Patients in the control group received traditional revision surgery,while patients in the observation group received two-step revision surgery.The knee pain score,knee function score,postoperative compli⁃cation rate,and infection recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the knee pain score of the observation group was 2.03±0.26,which was lower than the score of the control group 6.57±0.89;the knee joint function score of the observation group was 90.36±3.92,which was higher than that the score of control group 61.07±2.48,and the differences were statistically significant(t=9.457,8.376,both P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications and the recurrence rate of infection in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion Two-step revision is effec⁃tive in the treatment of deep infection after total knee arthroplasty.
