摘 要:目的研究支气管炎患儿使用乳糖酸阿奇霉素治疗的效果。方法非随机选取2022年9月—2023年9月苏州市吴中人民医院收治的84例支气管炎疾病的患儿为研究对象,按治疗方法分为两组,每组42例。参照组给予常规治疗,研究组给予乳糖酸阿奇霉素治疗。对比两组治疗总有效率、血清炎症因子指标、不良反应发生率、症状消退时间、住院时间。结果研究组总有效率为95.24%(40/42),高于对照组的73.81%(31/42),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.310,P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组血清降钙素原、C反应蛋白水平低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组临床症状消退时间、住院时间短于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论乳糖酸阿奇霉素治疗小儿支气管炎可以改善治疗效果。Objective To study the effect of treatment with azithromycin lactobionate in children with bronchiolitis.Methods Eighty-four cases of children with bronchiolitis disease admitted to Suzhou Wuzhong People's Hospital from September 2022 to September 2023 were non-randomly selected as the study subjects,and were divided into two groups of forty-two cases each according to the treatment method.The reference group was given conventional treat⁃ment,and the study group was given azithromycin lactobionate treatment.Compared the total effective rate of treat⁃ment,inflammatory factors,incidence of adverse reactions,time of symptom disappearance and hospitalization time in the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 95.24%(40/42),which was higher than 73.81%(31/42)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.310,P<0.05).After treatment,the se⁃rum calcitoninogen and C-reactive protein levels of the study group were lower than those of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time for clinical symptoms to subside and hospitalization time of the study group was shorter than that of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Azithromycin lactobionate treatment of pediatric bronchiolitis improves therapeutic outcomes.
