良附丸中药配方颗粒、饮片汤剂治疗胃脘痛的 临床安全性

摘　　要：目的分析胃脘痛患者使用良附丸中药配方颗粒、饮片汤剂治疗的安全性。方法非随机选取2022年12月—2023年12月商河县中医医院收治的96例胃脘痛患者作为研究对象,按治疗方案不同分为颗粒组、饮片组,每组48例。两组均行良附丸治疗,颗粒组为中药配方颗粒,饮片组为饮片汤剂,比较两组的有效率、安全性、发作情况及症状积分。结果饮片组的不良反应发生率为4.17%(2/48),低于颗粒组的18.75%(9/48),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.031,P<0.05)。饮片组的发作次数、视觉模拟评分低于颗粒组,持续时间短于颗粒组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。饮片组反酸、嗳气、腹胀症状评分低于颗粒组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。饮片组的有效率高于颗粒组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论良附丸中药配方颗粒的安全性更高,能抑制胃脘痛的发作,降低胃脘痛严重程度,提升有效率,与饮片汤剂相比更具优势。Objective To analyze the safety of Liangfu Pill formula granule and decoction for patients with gastric duct pain.Methods A total of ninety-six patients with epigastric pain treated in Shanghe County Hospital of Tradi⁃tional Chinese Medicine from December 2022 to December 2023 were non-randomly selected as the study objects and divided into granule group and decoction piece group according to different treatment plans,with forty-eight cases in each group.The two groups were treated with Liangfu pill,the granule group was Chinese medicine formula granule,and the decoction group was decoction slice.The effective rate,safety,attack situation and symptom score of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of adverse reactions in the decoction group was 4.17%(2/48),lower than 18.75%(9/48)in the granule group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.031,P<0.05).The fre⁃quency of attacks and visual simulation score of decoction tablet group were lower than that of granule group,and the duration was shorter than that of granule group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of acid reflux,belching and abdominal distension in the decoction group were lower than those in the granule group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The effective rate of decoction piece group was higher than that of granule group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Liangfu Pill has higher safety,can inhibit the onset of epigastric pain,reduce the severity of epigastric pain,improve the efficiency,and has more advantages than decoction.
