天王补心丹与交泰丸加减联合用药在围绝经期高血压伴失眠治疗中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的评估天王补心丹与交泰丸加减联合用药在围绝经期高血压伴失眠治疗中的应用效果。方法回顾性选取2023年1—12月枝江市中医医院收治的100例围绝经期高血压伴失眠患者的临床资料,以不同治疗方式分组,每组50例,西医组采用常规西医治疗,中医组采用天王补心丹与交泰丸加减治疗。对比两组睡眠质量、血压水平、治疗效果。结果治疗后,中医组睡眠质量及血压水平优于西医组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,中医组治疗有效率为98.00%(49/50),高于西医组的84.00%(42/50),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.396,P<0.05)。结论天王补心丹与交泰丸加减联合用药在围绝经期高血压伴失眠的治疗中表现出显著的临床效果,相较于常规西医治疗,该方法不仅能有效改善患者的睡眠质量,还能更好地控制血压水平,治疗有效率较高。Objective To evaluate the application effect of Tianwang Buxin Dan combined with Jiaotai Pill in the treat⁃ment of perimenopausal hypertension with insomnia.Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with perimenopausal hypertension and insomnia admitted to Zhijiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2023 were retrospectively selected.They were divided into different treatment groups,with 50 cases in each group.The western medicine group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the traditional Chinese medicine group was treated with Tianwang Buxin Dan and Jiaotai Pill.The sleep quality,blood pressure level and treatment ef⁃fect of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the sleep quality and blood pressure level of the Chi⁃nese medicine group were better than those of the western medicine group,and the differences were statistically sig⁃nificant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the effective rate of treatment in the Chinese medicine group was 98.00%(49/50),which was higher than 84.00%(42/50)in the western medicine group,and the difference was statistically signifi⁃cant(χ^(2)=4.396,P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Tianwang Buxin Dan and Jiaotai Pill showed significant clinical effects in the treatment of perimenopausal hypertension with insomnia.Compared with conventional western medicine treatment,this method can not only effectively improve the sleep quality of patients,but also better control the blood pressure level and improve the treatment efficiency.
