摘 要:弥漫性轴索损伤是指由于脑组织在瞬时外力作用下经历加速、减速和旋转等运动,导致轴索出现扭曲、拉伸及断裂等病理改变,最终表现为原发及继发性神经功能缺损的症状。其损伤机制尚未明确,因此了解与弥漫性轴索损伤相关的信号通路对于深入理解其发病机制及探索可能的治疗靶点和时间窗具有重要的现实意义。本综述围绕弥漫性轴索损伤的相关信号通路进行探讨。大量研究结果表明,多种信号通路参与了该疾病的发生与发展过程,包括AKT通路、Rho/ROCK通路、Hippo通路、Nrf2通路等。本文将对与弥漫性轴索损伤相关的信号通路进行归纳和分类,分别阐述其特征及与疾病的关联性,以期为弥漫性轴索损伤的致病机制及治疗提供一定的理论依据。Diffuse axonal injury refers to pathological changes in axons caused by brain tissue undergoing accelera⁃tion,deceleration,and rotational movements due to instantaneous external forces.These changes can result in torsion,stretching,and rupture of axons,ultimately leading to primary and secondary neurological deficits.The mechanisms underlying this injury remain unclear;therefore,understanding the signaling pathways associated with diffuse axonal injury is of significant practical importance for deepening our understanding of its pathogenesis and exploring poten⁃tial therapeutic targets and time windows.This review discusses the relevant signaling pathways associated with dif⁃fuse axonal injury.Numerous studies indicate that various signaling pathways are involved in the occurrence and de⁃velopment of this disease,including the AKT pathway,Rho/ROCK pathway,Hippo pathway,and Nrf2 pathway,among others.This article aims to summarize and categorize the signaling pathways related to diffuse axonal injury,elucidat⁃ing their characteristics and associations with the disease,thereby providing a theoretical basis for understanding the pathogenesis and treatment of diffuse axonal injury.
