摘　　要：二甲双胍抑制活性氧和促炎细胞因子的产生,阻止炎症相关转录因子的激活,减少中性粒细胞的聚集/浸润,维持线粒体膜电位,改善脓毒症诱导的器官功能障碍。本文就二甲双胍在脓毒症治疗中的研究进展进行综述。Metformin improves sepsis-induced organ dysfunction by inhibiting the production of reactive oxygen species and pro-inflammatory cytokines,preventing the activation of inflammation related transcription factors,reducing the accumulation/infiltration of neutrophils,and maintaining mitochondrial membrane potential.The article reviews the research progress on metformin in the treatment of sepsis.
