摘　　要：目的调查心理性勃起功能障碍患者疾病不确定感现状,并分析影响因素。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2022年4月至2023年11月在太原市某三甲医院男科门诊就诊的173例心理性勃起功能障碍患者作为研究对象。采用一般资料调查表、疾病不确定感量表、社会支持评定量表进行问卷调查,分析问卷调查结果。结果173例心理性勃起功能障碍患者疾病不确定感总分为(103.13±18.00)分,与社会支持呈负相关(r=-0.258,P<0.001)。多元回归分析结果显示,年龄、伴侣关系、就诊经历、自觉疾病严重程度、社会支持水平是心理性勃起功能障碍患者疾病不确定感的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论心理性勃起功能障碍患者疾病不确定感处于中等水平。年龄、伴侣关系、就诊经历、自觉疾病严重程度、社会支持水平是其重要影响因素。Objective To investigate the current status of illness uncertainty in patients with psychogenic erectile dysfunction and to analysis its influencing factors.Methods Convenience sampling method was used to select 173 patients with psychogenic erectile dysfunction admitted to a Class A tertiary hospital in Taiyuan City from April 2022 to November 2023 as the research subjects.General information questionnaire,illness uncertainty scale,and social support rating scale were used to conduct a questionnaire survey,and the results of the questionnaire survey were analyzed.Results The total score of illness uncertainty in 173 patients with psychogenic erectile dysfunction was(103.13±18.00)points,which was negatively correlated with social support(r=-0.258,P<0.001).The results of multiple regression analysis showed that age,partner relationship,medical experience,self-perceived disease severity,and social support level were the influencing factors of illness uncertainty in patients with psychogenic erectile dysfunction(P<0.05).Conclusions Patients with psychogenic erectile dysfunction have a moderate level of illness uncertainty.Age,partner relationship,medical experience,self-perceived disease severity,and social support level are its important influencing factors.
