基于CiteSpace的我国免疫性不育的文献计量学及可视化分析

摘　　要：目的了解中国1993年以来免疫性不育研究的发展状况与研究热点,为该领域今后研究提供借鉴。方法检索中国知网1993年至2023年关于免疫性不育研究的文献,筛选后将纳入文献导入CiteSpace软件进行格式转换,对作者、机构、关键词进行共现、聚类和突现分析。结果451篇文献纳入研究,14位作者发文量≥4篇,9个机构发文量≥3篇,关键词形成9个自然聚类,关键词突现显示中医药研究占据主导地位。结论免疫性不育研究取得一定成果,已相对成熟,研究涉及免疫性不育多个层面,内容多与中医药相关。Objective To understand the development status and research hotspots of immune infertility in China since 1993,and to provide reference for the future research in this field.Methods Literatures related to immune infertility from 1993 to 2023 in CNKI were retrieved.After screening,the included literatures were enrolled into CiteSpace software for format conversion.Co-occurrence,clustering,and burst analysis were performed on authors,institutions,and keywords.Results A total of 451 articles were included in the study,with 14 authors publishing≥4 articles,9 institutions publishing≥3 articles,and 9 natural clusters of keywords.The burst of keywords showed that research on traditional Chinese medicine played a leading role.Conclusions Research on immune infertility has achieved certain results and has become relatively mature.The research involves multiple levels of immune infertility and is mostly related to traditional Chinese medicine.
