摘　　要：目的探讨低强度脉冲式超声波(LI-PUS)联合他达拉非治疗轻中度勃起功能障碍(ED)患者的疗效。方法选取2021年9月至2023年7月山西医科大学附属吕梁市第一人民医院诊治的82例ED患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组(n=42)和对照组(n=40)。观察组采用LI-PUS联合他达拉非治疗,对照组仅采用他达拉非治疗。比较两组治疗后的有效勃起时长、有效勃起次数、阴茎头端和根部的平均勃起硬度、国际勃起功能指数-5(IIEF-5)评分、不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,观察组的有效勃起时长、有效勃起次数、阴茎头端和根部的平均勃起硬度均大于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的IIEF-5评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论LI-PUS联合他达拉非治疗轻中度ED患者的疗效优于单用他达拉非,可更为有效地改善患者的勃起功能,安全性好。Objective To explore the efficacy of low-intensity pulsed ultrasound shockwave(LI-PUS)combined with tadalafil in treating patients with mild to moderate erectile dysfunction(ED).Methods A total of 82 ED patients admitted to Lyuliang First People′s Hospital Affiliated to Shanxi Medical University from September 2021 to July 2023 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into observation group(n=42)and control group(n=40).The observation group received LI-PUS combined with tadalafil treatment,and the control group only received tadalafil treatment.The effective erection duration,number of effective erection,average erection hardness of penis tip and base,international index of erectile function-5(IIEF-5)score and incidence of adverse reaction were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results After treatment,the effective erection duration,number of effective erection,and mean erection hardness of penis tip and base were higher in the observation group than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The IIEF-5 score was higher in the observation group than that in the control group with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reaction compared between the two groups showed no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusions LI-PUS combined with tadalafil treatment has better curative effect than using tadalafil alone in patients with mild to moderate ED.It can improve the erectile function of patients more effectively and has good safety.
