摘　　要：目的分析男性官兵不育症患者的焦虑水平在压力应对方式与生育生活质量间的中介效应。方法选取2022年6月至10月在东部战区总医院生殖医学科就诊的132名男性官兵不育症患者进行问卷调查,分析不育症患者焦虑水平与压力应对方式和生育生活质量之间的中介效应。结果患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分为(42.99±14.92)分,生育生活质量量表(FertiQoL)评分为(51.15±37.84)分,特质应对方式问卷(TCSQ)评分为(49.31±21.75)分。相关分析结果显示,SAS评分与FertiQoL评分呈负相关,SAS评分与TCSQ评分呈正相关,FertiQoL评分与TCSQ评分呈正相关。多元回归分析结果显示,不育年限、是否有生育史、焦虑水平、应对方式进入回归方程。男性官兵不育症患者焦虑水平在压力应对方式与生育生活质量间具有中介效应。结论男性官兵不育症患者的心理健康状况较差,应对方式、生育生活质量水平处于中低度水平。应更加重视官兵不育患者这一特殊群体,在常规治疗中应加强心理干预,给予心理支持。Objective To analyze the mediating effect of anxiety levels in male officers and soldiers with infertility on the relationship between stress coping strategies and reproductive quality of life.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on 132 male officers and soldiers patients with infertility who visited the Department of Reproductive Medicine of the Eastern Theater Command General Hospital from June to October 2022 to analyze the mediating effect of anxiety levels between stress coping strategies,and reproductive quality of life in infertile patients.Results The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score was(42.99±14.92)points,the fertility quality of life scale(FertiQoL)score was(51.15±37.84)points,and the trait coping style questionnaire(TCSQ)score was(49.31±21.75)points.The correlation analysis results show that SAS score is negatively correlated with FertiQoL score,SAS score is positively correlated with TCSQ score,and FertiQoL score is positively correlated with TCSQ score.The results of multiple regression analysis showed that factors such as infertility duration,history of childbirth,anxiety level,and coping strategies entered the regression equation.The anxiety level of male officers and soldiers patients with infertility has a mediating effect between stress coping strategies and reproductive quality of life.Conclusions Male officers and soldiers patients with infertility have poor mental health status,and their coping strategies and reproductive quality of life are at a medium to low level.More attention should be paid to the special group of officers and soldiers patients with infertility.Psychological intervention should be strengthened and psychological support should be given in routine treatment.
