麒麟丸、臭氧灌注联合介入疏通治疗输卵管炎性不孕症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨麒麟丸、臭氧灌注联合介入疏通治疗输卵管炎性不孕症患者的临床效果。方法选取2020年1月至2021年3月武汉市第三医院收治的84例输卵管炎性不孕症患者作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组42例。对照组采用臭氧灌注联合介入疏通治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合麒麟丸治疗。比较两组的治疗效果、性激素水平、中医证候积分、子宫内膜容受性、复发率及安全性。结果治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率、子宫内膜厚度及子宫内膜动脉阻力指数(RI)、搏动指数(PI)、血管化血流指数(VFI)均高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组睾酮(T)、黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)及中医症候积分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后12个月复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论麒麟丸、臭氧灌注联合介入疏通治疗输卵管炎性不孕症患者的临床效果佳,可有效改善性激素水平、中医证候积分、子宫内膜容受性,安全性好,远期复发率较低。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Qilin Pill and ozone perfusion combined with interventional dredging in treating patients with tubal inflammatory infertility.Methods A total of 84 tubal inflammatory infertility patients admitted to Wuhan Third Hospital from January 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ozone perfusion combined with interventional dredging,and the observation group was treated with Qilin Pill based on the control group.The therapeutic effect,sex hormones levels,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,endometrial receptivity,recurrence rate and safety of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate,endometrial thickness,resistance index(RI),pulsation index(PI)and vascularization blood flow index(VFI)in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the testosterone(T),luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and TCM symptoms scores in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate at 12 months after treatment in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Qilin Pill and ozone perfusion combined with interventional dredging on the treatment of tubal inflammatory infertility patients has good clinical effect,which can effectively improve the sex hormones levels,TCM syndrome score,and endometrial receptivity,with good safety and low long-term recurrence rate.
