摘　　要：少弱精子症是临床常见疾病,其病因病机复杂多变。中医在诊治少弱精子症方面底蕴深厚,内容夯实。本文通过分析中医药治疗少弱精子症的古籍与文献,多方面、多角度地总结归纳中医辨治少弱精子症的理论体系,以期为治疗少弱精子症提供有益的思路与方法。Oligoasthenospermia is a common clinical disease and its etiology is complex and varied.Traditional Chinese medicine has a profound and solid content in the diagnosis and treatment of oligoasthenospermia.By analyzing the ancient books and literatures on the treatment of oligoasthenospermia in traditional Chinese medicine,this paper tries to summarize the theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation of oligoasthenospermia from various aspects and angles,with a view to providing useful ideas and methods for the treatment of oligoasthenospermia.
