摘　　要：刘瑞芬教授认为人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染多属湿热蕴结,日久伤及脾肾阳气,导致脏腑失调,精血亏损,致使任脉不固,带脉失约而发病。临床中本病初期为湿热蕴毒之实证,随着病程迁延难愈,正邪交争,耗伤脾肾正气,导致脏腑气化失常,而复感湿热毒邪,最终呈现虚实夹杂之复合病症。刘瑞芬教授基于《内经》“杂合以治”理论,以清热解毒、健脾祛湿、扶正益气立法,临床创立治疗HPV感染的三联疗法,内治与外治并用,祛邪与扶正并举,临床取得不错疗效,患者依从性甚佳。Professor Liu Ruifen believes that human papilloma virus(HPV)infection often results from damp-heat accumulation,which damages the spleen and kidney Yang over time,leading to the dysfunction of viscera and deficiency of essence and blood,causing instability of the Ren and Dai meridians and the onset of disease.Clinically,it is characterized by damp-heat toxin syndrome in the early stage of the disease.As the disease progresses and becomes difficult to cure,the struggle between righteousness and evil depletes the spleen and kidney′s vital energy,leading to abnormal viscera Qi transformation and renewed damp-heat toxin invasion,and resulting in a complex syndrome of both deficiency and excess.Based on the"treatment of combined patterns"theory from Nei Jing,professor Liu Ruifen has developed a tripartite therapy for treating HPV infection in clinic with the consideration of clearing away heat and detoxifying,strengthening the spleen and removing dampness,and strengthening the body and replenishing Qi.This therapy combines internal and external treatments,integrating the dispelling of pathogenic factors with the reinforcement of the vital energy of body,and has achieved good clinical efficacy with high patient compliance.
