疏肝助阳汤联合小剂量他达拉非治疗肾虚肝郁型功能性勃起功能障碍患者的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨疏肝助阳汤联合小剂量他达拉非治疗肾虚肝郁型功能性勃起功能障碍患者的临床效果。方法选取2019年5月至2023年5月廊坊市第四人民医院收治的132例肾虚肝郁型功能性勃起功能障碍患者作为研究对象,随机分为联合组(n=66)与对照组(n=66)。对照组给予他达拉非治疗,联合组在对照组基础上联合疏肝助阳汤治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、国际勃起功能指数-5(IIEF-5)评分、中医症候积分、勃起质量量表(EQS)评分、不良反应发生率及停药3个月的复发率。结果联合组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组IIEF-5、EQS评分均高于治疗前,两组中医症候积分均低于治疗前,且联合组IIEF-5、EQS评分高于对照组,联合组中医症候积分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);联合组治疗后3个月复发率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论疏肝助阳汤联合小剂量他达拉非治疗肾虚肝郁型功能性勃起功能障碍患者的临床效果良好,可显著改善勃起功能且安全性较高。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Shugan Zhuyang Decoction combined with small-dose tadalafil in treating patients with functional erectile dysfunction of kidney deficiency and liver depression type.Methods A total of 132 patients with functional erectile dysfunction of kidney deficiency and liver depression type admitted to Langfang Fourth People′s Hospital from May 2019 to May 2023 were enrolled as the study objects and randomly divided into combination group(n=66)and control group(n=66).The control group was treated with tadalafil,and the combined group was combined with Shugan Zhuyang Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical curative effect,scores of international index of erectile function-5(IIEF-5),traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndromes score and erectile quality scale(EQS),incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate at 3 months after drug withdrawal were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the combination group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the IIEF-5 and EQS scores in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and the score of TCM syndromes in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the IIEF-5 and EQS scores in the combination group were higher than those in the control group,the TCM syndromes score was lower in the combination group than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There was no significance difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The recurrence rate at 3 months after treatment in the combination group was lower than that in the control group with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusions Shugan Zhuyang Decoction combined with small-dose tadalafil has good clinical effect in treating patients with functional erectile dysfunction of kidney deficiency and liver depression type,which can significantly improve erectile function,with high safety.
