摘　　要：目的调查临床护理人员对同性恋的态度,分析其影响因素,为今后开展同性恋教育提供有价值的参考。方法于2023年6月至7月选取泸州市某三甲医院225名临床护理人员作为研究对象,采用自行编制的一般资料调查表和同性恋态度量表(ATLG)对其进行调查分析,分析调查结果。结果临床护理人员ATLG得分为(49.916±19.230)分,处于中等偏下水平。逐步多元回归分析结果显示,年龄、工作年限、婚姻状况、有无观看过同性恋书籍/影视作品、身边有无同性恋朋友/家人、有无了解同性恋相关知识意愿是临床护理人员对同性恋态度的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论临床护理人员对同性恋呈包容的态度,通过学习同性恋群体相关知识、了解同性恋群体对健康的需求有助于临床护理人员提供更平等优质的护理。Objective To investigate the attitudes of clinical nurses towards homosexuality and analyze its influencing factors,so as to provide valuable reference for homosexual education in the future.Methods A total of 225 clinical nursing staffs from a tertiary hospital in Luzhou City were selected as research objects from June to July in 2023.The general information questionnaire and attitudes toward lesbians and gay men scale(ATLG)were used to investigate and analyse the results.Results The ATLG score of clinical nurses was(49.916±19.230),which is in the lower middle level.The results of stepwise multiple regression analysis showed that age,working years,marital status,whether had watched gay books/films,whether had gay friends/family around them,and whether wanted to know about gay knowledge were the influencing factors of clinical nurses′attitudes toward homosexuality(P<0.05).Conclusions Clinical nursing staff have a inclusive attitude towards homosexuality.Learning of knowledge related to the homosexual group and understanding the health needs of homosexual groups will help clinical staff to provide more equal and high-quality care.
