研究环节质量管控对静脉用药调配中心退药情况影响

摘　　要：目的 分析静脉用药调配中心开展环节质量管控的作用.方法 以2022年1月-2023年12月为研究起止时间,2022年青海省人民医院静脉用药调配中心采取常规管理,2023年在常规管理基础上加用环节质量管控管理.每年均选取1000份处方进行研究,分析静脉用药调配中心管理质量、退药率、临床医护满意率及退药效率等指标.结果 2023年处方审核、用药指导、药品管理、退药沟通等管理质量评分高于2022年(P<0.05);2022年退药率为2.8%,2023年退药率降低至0.8%,2023年退药率明显低于2022年(χ^(2)=11.315,P=0.001);2022年临床医护满意率为91.0%,2023年临床医护满意率上升至98.0%,2023年高于2022年(χ^(2)=4.714,P=0.030);2023年退药处方核对时间、退药入库时间、退药沟通时间等退药效率高于2022年(P<0.05).结论 静脉用药调配中心采取环节质量管控管理,可提升管理质量,提高退药效率,降低退药率,提高医护满意度.Objective To analyze the role of quality control in the implementation of intravenous drug configuration centers.Methods The method takes January 2022 to December 2023 as the starting and ending time for the study.In 2022,the routine management of the intravenous medication configuration center was adopted,and in 2023,the quality control management of the links was adopted based on the routine management.1000 prescriptions were selected for research every year,analyze indicators such as the management quality,withdrawal rate,clinical medical satisfaction rate,and withdrawal efficiency of the intravenous medication configuration center.Results The quality scores of prescription review,medication guidance,drug management,and drug return communication in 2023 were higher than those in 2022(P<0.05);the drug return rate in 2022 was 2.8%,and in 2023 it decreased to 0.8%.The drug return rate in 2023 was significantly lower than that of 2022(χ^(2)=11.315,P-0.001).The clinical medical satisfaction rate in 2022 was 91.0%,and in 2023 it increased to 98.0%,which was higher than that of 2022(χ^(2)=4.714,P=0.030).The drug return efficiency in 2023,including prescription verification time,drug storage time,and drug communication time,was higher than that of 2022(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of link quality control management in the intravenous medication configuration center can enhance management quality,improve drug return efficiency,reduce drug return rates,and improve patient satisfaction.
