多功能采血针在新生儿科患儿中的应用

摘　　要：目的 探讨基于新生儿科需要同时采集血气和血标本的患儿,在采血过程中应用多功能采血针,观察分析其所呈现出的临床应用效果.方法 采用便利抽样法从肥东县人民医院新生儿科遴选在2023年10月-2024年3月期间需要同时采集血气和血标本的80例患儿,将2023年10月-2023年12月期间需要同时采集血气和常规血标本的40例患儿作为对照组,2024年1月-2024年3月期间需要同时采集血气和常规血标本的40例患儿作为观察组,对照组采用常规采血针采集血标本及动脉血样采集器采集动脉血,观察组采用多功能采血针采集动脉血液.结果 观察组护士采血完成所需时间、患儿在采血过程中的哭闹时间、采血并发症事件、采血穿刺次数均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组患儿家属给护理人员在服务态度、专业知识等层面的打分数据均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 基于新生儿科需要同时采集血气和血标本的患儿,在采血过程中应用多功能采血针,相较常规动脉采血器更具科学性,不仅可缩短护士采血完成时间和患儿在采血过程中的哭闹时间,还能降低肿胀等并发症事件,减少采血次数,且能够得到患儿家属较高的满意度评价,应用价值显著.Objective To explore the application of multifunctional blood collection needles in the process of blood collection based on children who need to collect blood gas and blood specimens at the same time in the neonatal unit,and to observe and analyze the clinical application effects it presents.Methods 80 children who needed to collect blood gas and blood specimens at the same time from October 2023 to March 2024 were selected from the hospital by convenience sampling method,40 children who needed to collect blood gas and routine blood specimens at the same time from October 2023 to Decemher 2023 were treated as the control group,40 children who needed to collect blood gas and routine blood specimens at the same time from January 2024 to March 2024 were treated as the observation group,and the control group used conventional blood collection needle to collect blood specimens and arterial blood sample collector to collect arterial blood,and the observation group used multi-function blood collection needle to collect arterial blood.Results In the observation group,the time taken by nurses to complete blood collection,the time the children cried during blood collection,the events of blood collection complications,and the number of blood punctures were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores given by the families of the children in the observation group to the nursing staff in terms of service attitude and professional knowledge were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conc lus ion Based on the need for simultaneous collection of blood gas and blood specimens in the neonatal unit,the application of multifunctional blood collection needles in the process of blood collection is more scientific than conventional arterial blood collectors,which not only helps to shorten the nurses'time for completing the blood collection and the time of the children's crying during the process of blood collection,
