止痛消炎软膏外敷治疗早期新生儿疖肿的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 观察止痛消炎软膏外敷治疗早期新生儿疖肿的疗效.方法 按随机数字表法将2023年1月-11月于我院治疗的78例疖肿患儿分为两组,每组各39例.对照组采用抗生素治疗,于对照组基础上,观察组采用止痛消炎软膏外敷治疗.比较两组临床疗效、红肿消退时间、局部发热恢复时间、住院时间、疼痛评估、炎性细胞因子、脓肿发生率及不良反应、满意度.结果 观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,红肿消退时间、局部发热恢复时间及住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组新生儿疼痛评估量表(NIPS)评分及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-8(IL-8)水平均低于治疗前,且观察组NIPS评分及TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组脓肿发生率低于对照组(χ^(2)=4.522,P=0.034);两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异不显著(P>0.05);观察组治疗满意度高于对照组(χ^(2)=5.186,P=0.023).结论 止痛消炎软膏外敷治疗早期新生儿疖肿可获得更为理想的疗效,患儿症状恢复快、住院时间短,可减轻患儿痛苦,降低脓肿发生率及TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8水平,提高患儿家属治疗满意度,且不良反应并未增加.Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of external application of analgesic and anti-inflammatory ointment on early neonatal furuncle.Methods 78 children with furuncle treated in our hospital from January to November 2023 were divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group received antibiotic treatment,while the observation group received external application of analgesic and anti-inflammatory ointment on the basis of the control group.Compare the clinical efficacy,redness and swelling resolution time,local fever recovery time,hospital stay,pain assessment,inflammatory cytokines,abscess incidence and adverse reactions,and satisfaction between two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the time for redness and swelling to subside,local fever recovery time,and hospitalization time were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,two groups of neonatal pain assessment scale(NIPS)scores and the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6)and interleukin-8(IL-8)were lower than before treatment,and the NIPS score and the levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-8 in the observation group were also lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of abscess in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(X^(2)=4.522,P-0.034);comparison of the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups,there was no significant difference(P>0.05);the treatment satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(X^(2)=5.186,P-0.023).Conclusion External application of painkllers and anti-inflammatory ointment can achieve more ideal therapeutic effects in the early stage of neonatal furuncle,with faster symptom recovery and shorter hospital stay.It can alleviate the pain of children,reduce the incidence of abscess and TNF-α,the levels of IL-6 and IL-8 improved the treatment satisfaction of the patient's family
