桃红四物汤合五苓散治疗膝关节镜术后肿胀的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨膝关节镜术后肿胀患者采取桃红四物汤合五苓散治疗的效果,以指导临床治疗措施的拟定,促进患者术后康复.方法 采用随机数字表法将2023年4月-2024年1月在南昌市洪都中医院接受膝关节镜手术患者120例分为对照组1、对照组2、对照组3、观察组,对照组1给予预防性抗生素,基于此,对照组2加用桃红四物汤,对照组3加用五苓散,观察组加用桃红四物汤合五苓散.比较四组治疗效果、肿胀值及疼痛程度.结果 观察组治疗总有效率比对照组1、对照组2、对照组3高(P<0.05);四组术后72h时的肿胀值均降低,且观察组低于对照组1、对照组2、对照组3(P<0.05);四组术后72h时的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组1、对照组2、对照组3(P<0.05).结论 膝关节镜术后肿胀患者采取桃红四物汤合五苓散治疗效果显著,可缓解疼痛、减轻肿胀程度,具有临床应用价值.Objective To explore the effect of Taohong Siwu Tang combined with Wuling San on postoperative swelling in patients undergoing knee arthroscopy,in order to guide the formulation of clinical treatment measures and promote postoperative recovery of patients.Methods A random number table method was used to divide 120 patients who underwent knee arthroscopic surgery in Hongdu Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Nanchang City from April 2023 to January 2024 into control group 1,control group 2,control group 3,and observation group.Control group 1 was given prophylactic antibiotics.Based on this,control group 2 was added with Taohong Siwu Tang,control group 3 was added with Wuling San,and observation group was added with Taohong Siwu Tang and Wuling San.Compare the treatment effects,swelling values,and pain levels among four groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of control group 1,control group 2,and control group 3(P<0.05);the swelling values of all four groups decreased 72 hours after surgery,and the observation group was lower than control group 1,control group 2,and control group 3(P<0.05);the visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of all four groups decreased 72 hours after surgery,and the observation group was lower than control group 1,control group 2,and control group 3(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Taohong Siwu Tang and Wuling San has a significant therapeutic effect on swelling patients after knee arthroscopy,which can alleviate pain and reduce the degree of swelling,and has clinical application value.
