不同补片固定方式对Ⅰ和Ⅱ型腹股沟疝腹腔镜经腹腹膜前疝修补术疗效对比分析

摘　　要：目的分析在Ⅰ和Ⅱ型腹股沟疝腹腔镜经腹腹膜前疝修补术中应用不同补片固定方式的影响。方法以本院在2021年8月至2022年12月收治的80例Ⅰ和Ⅱ型腹股沟疝腹腔镜经腹腹膜前疝修补术患者为研究对象。采用随机抽样法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组40例,对照组给予螺钉固定补片,观察组给予可吸收缝线缝合固定补片。对比两组患者术后的手术相关情况、疼痛情况、不良反应发生率、炎性因子水平以及复发情况。结果术后,观察组患者的手术相关情况与对照组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的炎性因子数据水平较对照组低(P<0.05),且观察组患者术后出现复发情况的概率也相对更低(P<0.05)。结论在Ⅰ和Ⅱ型腹股沟疝腹腔镜经腹腹膜前疝修补术患者的治疗过程中,对其采用可吸收缝线缝合固定补片进行治疗能够增强该类疾病患者的治疗效果,同时改善Ⅰ和Ⅱ型腹股沟疝手术相关情况、疼痛程度,降低了患者不良反应的发生概率,具有较高的安全性。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of laparoscopic transabdominal preperitoneal hernioplasty for type Ⅰ and type Ⅱ inguinal hernia.Methods Eighty patients with type Ⅰ and type Ⅱ inguinal hernia underwent laparoscopic preperitoneal hernia repair from August 11,2021 to December 31,2022 were studied.The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group.The control group was given screw fixation patch and the observation group was given absorbable suture fixation patch.Postoperative conditions,pain,incidence of adverse reactions,levels of inflammatory factors and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results After operation,there was no statistical significance between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).VAS score of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The level of inflammatory factors in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the probability of postoperative recurrence was also lower in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusions In the treatment of patients undergoing laparoscopic transabdominal preperitoneal hernia repair for type Ⅰ and type Ⅱ inguinal hernias,the use of absorbable sutures to suture fixed patches can enhance the therapeutic effect of these patients,improve the operation conditions and pain levels of type Ⅰ and type Ⅱ inguinal hernias,reduce the probability of adverse reactions in patients,and have high safety.
