对比常规护理与“SBAR-H-F交接班”在ICU护理床边交接班的实施价值

摘　　要：目的分析在ICU护理床边交接班中实施“SBAR-H-F交接班”的应用价值。方法选择2022年1月至2022年12月我院ICU患者200例,通过双盲法分为试验组与对照组,各100例,对照组接受常规护理,试验组接受“SBAR-H-F交接班”,比较两组患者相关评分、护士对患者整体情况知晓评分、护理措施落实情况、质量合格率。结果试验组护士对患者整体情况知晓评分、护理措施落实情况以及相关评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组护士的质量不合格率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在ICU护理床边交接班中实施SBAR-H-F交接班能帮助护士全面掌握患者的一般情况,也能促进护理措施落实到位,提升护理质量合格率。Objective To analyze the application value of implementing"SBAR-H-F handover"in bedside nursing in ICU.Methods A total of 200 ICU patients in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected and divided into the experimental group and the control group by double-blind method,with 100 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the experimental group received"SBAR-H-F handover".The two groups were compared with relevant scores,scores of nurses'knowledge of patients'overall situation,implementation of nursing measures,quality acceptance rate.Results The nurses in the experimental group had higher scores than the control group in terms of their overall knowledge of the patient's condition,implementation of nursing measures,and related scores(P<0.05).The qualified rate of nurses in experimental group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Implementing"SBAR-H-F handover"at the bedside of ICU nursing can help nurses comprehensively grasp the general situation of patients,promote the implementation of nursing measures,and improve the qualification rate of nursing quality.
