不同标本类型中超敏C反应蛋白检验结果在脑瘫儿童感染性疾病治疗中的一致性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨不同标本类型的超敏C反应蛋白检验结果在脑瘫儿童感染性疾病治疗中的效果和一致性分析。方法本次研究将试验时间段设置在2022年8月至2023年12月,在该时段内将在我院接受感染性疾病治疗的91例脑瘫儿童作为研究对象,研究人员针对所有儿童进行超敏C反应蛋白检验,确认其感染状况,在检验时采用不同标本类型进行超敏C反应蛋白检验,探讨差异。研究人员采集血液标本,用全血与血浆进行检验,判断其中超敏C反应蛋白含量,用以探讨不同样本的超敏CRP数据结果准确度。结果在检验中发现,以0~10 mg/L为判断指标,全血超敏CRP水平小于10 mg/L的例数共有15例,血浆超敏CRP水平小于10mg/L的例数共有18例。全血超敏CRP水平的均值为(24.58±2.24)mg/L。血浆超敏CRP水平的均值为(24.27±2.23)mg/L,组间数据差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论全血超敏CRP检验在数据中展现出较高的敏感度。两种标本类型检验在平均CRP水平上相似,没有显著性差异,但全血超敏CRP检验结果在感染性指标方面具有一定的敏感性优势,全血检验的方法的准确度更高,更推荐使用全血标本检验。Objective To explore the effect and consistency analysis of the test results of different types of hypersensitive c-reactive protein in the treatment of infectious diseases in children with cerebral palsy.Methods This study set the experimental period from February 2022 to December 2023.During this period,91 children with cerebral palsy who received infectious disease treatment in our hospital were selected as study objects.The researchers used c-reactive protein to test all children to confirm their infection status,and used different sample types to test their c-reactive protein to explore the differences.The researchers collected whole blood and children's plasma for infectious diseases test to determine the characteristics of c-reactive protein in order to explore the diagnostic accuracy of different samples.Results There were a total of 15 cases where the whole blood CRP level was less than 10 mg/L,using 0-10 mg/L as the judgment indicator.There were a total of 18 cases where the plasma CRP level was less than 10 mg/L.The mean level of CRP in whole blood is(24.58±2.24)mg/L.The mean plasma CRP level was(24.27±2.23)mg/L,and there was no significant difference between the groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Whole blood hypersensitivity CRP test showed high sensitivity in the data.The average CRP levels of the two sample types were similar,with no significant difference,but the results of whole blood hypersensitive CRP test had certain sensitivity advantages in terms of infectivity indicators,and the method of whole blood test was more accurate,so it was recommended to use whole blood sample test.
