系统化健康教育对儿童过敏性紫癜治疗依从性及预后的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨系统化健康教育对儿童过敏性紫癜治疗依从性及预后的影响。方法选取福州市第一总医院收治的80例过敏性紫癜患儿为对象,案例纳入时间为2021年8月至2023年6月,用随机数字表法分为参照组、研究组,各40例。其中参照组实施常规护理,研究组在常规护理基础上实施系统化健康教育干预。对比两组疾病知识掌握程度、治疗依从性、临床症状消退时间、复发率。结果干预后,研究组家属疾病知识掌握程度评分高于参照组,且研究组患儿依从性高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患儿胃肠治愈时间、关节症状消失时间、皮肤症状消失时间均短于参照组(P<0.05);且研究组患儿复发率低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论在过敏性紫癜患儿治疗过程中实施系统化健康教育,能取得更为理想的护理效果,能提升家属疾病知识掌握程度及提高患儿的治疗依从性,且有效缩短临床症状消退时间及控制疾病复发。Objective To explore the effect of systematic health education on treatment compliance and prognosis of children with anaphylactoid purpura.Methods A total of 80 children with anaphylactoid purpura admitted to the Fuzhou First General Hospital were selected as the subjects.The cases were included from August 2021 to June 2023.They were divided into the reference group and the study group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The reference group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given systematic health education intervention based on routine nursing.The degree of disease knowledge,treatment compliance,clinical symptom resolution time and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing intervention,the score of disease knowledge mastery of family members in study group was higher than that in reference group,and the compliance of children in study group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The time of gastrointestinal healing,the time of joint symptoms and the time of skin symptoms in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the study group was lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusions The implementation of systematic health education in the treatment process of children with anaphylactoid purpura can achieve more ideal nursing effect,improve the disease knowledge of family members and improve the treatment compliance of children,and effectively shorten the time of clinical symptoms and control disease recurrence.
