摘　　要：目的探讨重型脑创伤性损伤患者亚低温治疗中冰毯的作用。方法将我院2022年1月至2023年12月收治的78例重型脑创伤性损伤患者按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组39例,对照组患者采用常规冰袋降温,观察组患者采用冰毯降温,监测两组患者的生命体征,统计两组患者的并发症发生情况,对比两组患者的预后情况。结果术后观察组患者的体温、心率、颅内压低于对照组,且观察组患者的平均动脉压、脑灌注压高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者GOS评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论重型脑创伤性损伤患者亚低温治疗中使用冰毯,可有效改善患者的生命体征,降低并发症的发生风险,提高预后。Objective To investigate the effect of ice blanket in mild hypothermia treatment of severe traumatic brain injury.Methods A total of 78 patients with severe traumatic brain injury admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were divided into 2 groups according to random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were cooled by conventional ice pack,and patients in the observation group were cooled by ice blanket.The vital signs of patients in the two groups were monitored,the occurrence of complications in the two groups were analyzed,and the prognosis of patients in the two groups was compared.Results The body temperature,heart rate and intracranial pressure of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the mean arterial pressure and cerebral perfusion pressure of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).GOS score of observation group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The use of ice blanket in mild hypothermia treatment of patients with severe traumatic brain injury can effectively improve the vital signs of patients,reduce the risk of complications and improve the prognosis.
