磁力环脉冲电磁场疗法联合康复训练治疗膝关节运动损伤的效果  

The Effect of Magnetic Ring Pulse Electromagnetic Field Therapy Combined with Rehabilitation Training on Knee Joint Movement Injury

摘　　要：目的探讨膝关节运动损伤治疗中磁力环脉冲电磁场疗法联合康复训练治疗的效果。方法回顾性选取2020年2月至2023年2月膝关节运动损伤患者100例,依据治疗方法分为联合治疗组(磁力环脉冲电磁场疗法联合康复训练治疗)、单独治疗组(单独康复训练治疗),每组50例。统计分析两组膝关节疼痛程度、患膝肿胀值、膝关节活动度、膝关节功能、膝关节损伤程度、行走功能、生活自理能力、炎性因子水平、骨代谢指标、临床疗效、不良反应发生情况、疼痛消失时间、韧带重建时间。结果联合治疗组患者的膝关节周围压痛点、运动过程中VAS评分、患膝肿胀值均低于单独治疗组(P<0.05),膝关节屈伸、外旋、内旋活动度、KOOS评分、LKS评分、IKDC评分、AKS评分、行走功能评分、生活自理能力评分、TGF-β1、BGP水平均高于单独治疗组(P<0.05),WOMAC评分、TNF-α、β-CTX、ALP水平均低于单独治疗组(P<0.05)。联合治疗组患者的总有效率96.00%(48/50)高于单独治疗组80.00%(40/50)(χ2=6.061,P<0.05)。联合治疗组患者的不良反应发生率10.00%(5/50)低于单独治疗组28.00%(14/50)(χ2=5.263,P<0.05)。联合治疗组患者的疼痛消失时间、韧带重建时间均短于单独治疗组(P<0.05)。结论膝关节运动损伤治疗中磁力环脉冲电磁场疗法联合康复训练治疗的效果较单独康复训练治疗好。Objective To explore the effect of magnetic ring pulse electromagnetic field therapy combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of knee joint sports injuries.Methods A total of 100 patients with knee joint motion injuries in our hospital from February 2020 to February 2023 were retrospectively selected.According to the treatment method,they were divided into two groups:the magnetic ring pulse electromagnetic field therapy combined with rehabilitation training treatment group(combined treatment group)and the individual rehabilitation training treatment group(individual treatment group),with 50 cases in each group.The degrees of knee joint pain,swelling values,ranges of motion,knee joint functions,degrees of knee joint injury,walking functions,self-care ability,inflammatory factor levels,bone metabolism indicators,clinical efficacy,incidences of adverse reactions,time of pain disappearance,and time of ligament reconstruction in two groups were statistically analyzed.Results The pain points around the knee joint,VAS score during exercise,and swelling value of the affected knee in the combined treatment group were all lower than those in the individual treatment group(P<0.05).The knee flexion extension,external rotation,internal rotation range of motion,KOOS score,LKS score,IKDC score,AKS score,walking function score,self-care ability score,TGF-β1,BGP levels in the combined treatment group were higher than those in the individual treatment group(P<0.05).The WOMAC score,levels of TNF-α,β-CTX and ALP in the combined treatment group were lower than those in the individual treatment group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of 96.00%(48/50)in the combined treatment group was higher than 80.00%(40/50)in the individual treatment group(χ2=6.061,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the combined treatment group was 10.00%(5/50)lower than that in the individual treatment group,which was 28.00%(14/50)(χ2=5.263,P<0.05).The pain relief time and ligament reconstruction time of patients in the combined treatm
