丁酸氢化可的松乳膏联合保湿霜治疗湿疹患儿对有效率及安全性的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探究丁酸氢化可的松乳膏联合保湿霜治疗湿疹患儿对整体有效率、安全性的影响。方法于本院2022年1月至2023年12月收治的湿疹患儿中选取100例为试验目标,基于不同治疗方法对其划分为两组,将采用丁酸氢化可的松乳膏单纯治疗的患儿纳入对照组(50例),将采用丁酸氢化可的松乳膏联合保湿霜治疗的患儿纳入观察组(50例)。比较两组血清免疫球蛋白指标、不良反应总发生率以及总有效率。结果观察组丘疹、瘙痒、脱屑症状缓解时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组血清免疫球蛋白指标(IgA、IgM、IgG、IgE)对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组指标水平均优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率(皮肤萎缩、局部红斑、烧灼感)低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采取丁酸氢化可的松乳膏联合保湿霜方案治疗湿疹患儿能够加快症状的缓解或消退速度,防范不良反应的发生,临床疗效显著。Objective To explore the effect of hydrocortisone butyrate cream combined with moisturizing cream on the overall efficiency and safety of children with eczema.Methods One hundred children with eczema treated in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the experimental target and divided into two groups based on different treatment methods.The children treated with hydrocortisone butyrate cream were included in the control group(50 cases).Children treated with hydrocortisone butyrate cream combined with moisturizing cream were included in the observation group(50 cases).Serum immunoglobulin indexes,total incidence of adverse reactions and total effective rate were compared between the two groups.Results The remission time of papules,pruritus and desquamation in observation group was shorter than that in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in serum immunoglobulin indexes(IgA,IgM,IgG,IgE)between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and the indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions(skin atrophy,local erythema,burning sensation)in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Using hydrocortisone butyrate cream combined with moisturizing cream in the treatment of children with eczema can accelerate the speed of symptom relief or regression,prevent the occurrence of adverse reactions,and the clinical effect is significant.
