浅析社区健康教育在预防控制登革热中的应用

摘　　要：目的探究社区健康教育在预防控制登革热中的应用。方法于2022年1月至2023年12月,选取永泰县疾病预防控制中心辖下的两个社区作为研究对象,并将两社区分别记为对照组(1200人)和观察组(1300人),对照组采取常规疾病预防控制教育,观察组接受社区健康教育。比较两组的干预前后的居民健康知识评分、登革热防控参与度,比较两组干预前、干预后6个月的登革热发病率。结果观察组干预后的居民健康知识评分较对照组高(P<0.05)。观察组的登革热防控参与度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组干预6个月后的登革热发病率较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论在预防控制登革热中应用社区健康教育可以提高社区居民的健康知识评分,增加其对登革热防控的参与度,降低发病率。Objective To explore the application of community health education in the prevention and control of dengue fever.Methods From January 2022 to December 2023,two communities under the Yongtai County Center for Disease Control and Prevention were selected as the study objects,and the two communities were classified as the control group(1200 people)and the observation group(1300 people),respectively.The control group received routine pre-disease prevention and control education,and the observation group received community health education.The scores of residents'health knowledge and participation in dengue prevention and control were compared between the two groups before and after intervention,and the incidence of dengue fever was compared between the two groups before intervention and 6 months after intervention.Results The health knowledge score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group after intervention(P<0.05).The scores of dengue fever prevention and control in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of dengue fever 6 months after intervention in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of community health education in the prevention and control of dengue fever can improve the health knowledge score of community residents,increase their participation in the prevention and control of dengue fever,and reduce the incidence.
