摘　　要：目的分析探讨糖肾康方对Klotho蛋白调控及治疗2型糖尿病肾病的应用效果。方法选取我院2022年1月至2023年1月60例患者为观察对象,60例中选取30例作为糖肾康方组,采用糖肾康方治疗,另30例为单纯基础治疗组,采用常规治疗。将治疗前后Klotho蛋白调控情况(酶联免疫吸附法检验)与治疗效果(显效、有效、无效)进行比较。结果糖肾康方组血Klotho蛋白水平高于单纯基础治疗组(P<0.05)。糖肾康方组治疗总有效率高于单纯基础治疗组(P<0.05)。结论采用糖肾康方治疗2型糖尿病肾病可以有效缓解患者病情症状,延缓肾功能进展,提高Klotho蛋白水平。Objective To analyze and explore the effect of Tangshenkang recipe on Klotho protein regulation and treatment of type 2 diabetes nephropathy.Methods Sixty patients from our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the observation subjects.Among the 60 patients,30 were selected as the Tangshenkang recipe group and treated with Tangshenkang recipe,while the other 30 were selected as the simple basic treatment group and treated with conventional therapy.Compare the regulation of Klotho protein before and after treatment(enzymelinked immunosorbent assay test)with the therapeutic effect(significant,effective,ineffective).Results The blood Klotho protein level in the Tangshenkang recipe group was higher than that in the simple basic treatment group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the Tangshenkang recipe group was higher than that of the simple basic treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusions Tangshenkang Recipe can effectively alleviate the symptoms of patients with type 2 diabetes nephropathy,delay the progress of renal function,and increase the level of Klotho protein.
