预见性护理对肛肠科手术患者康复效果的影响分析

摘　　要：目的探究肛肠科手术患者围手术期应用预见性护理对于术后康复的影响。方法选取我院肛肠科于2022年5月至2023年10月收诊的外科手术治疗患者136例为对象,以随机数字表法分入两组中,对照组围手术期给予常规护理干预,观察组围手术期给予预见性护理,收集两组的围手术期指标、术后康复指标等。结果观察组的术后并发症发生率(11.76%)低于对照组(35.29%)(P<0.05)。术后第3天、第7天的创面疼痛程度VAS评分以及术后5 d的PSQI睡眠障碍评分比较,观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的创面愈合时间和住院时间比较,观察组短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度(97.06%)高于对照组的护理满意度(85.29%)(P<0.05)。结论预见性护理的应用有助于加速肛肠科手术患者的术后康复,减少术后并发症发生。Objective To explore the effect of perioperative foresight nursing on postoperative rehabilitation.Methods One hundred and thirtysix surgical patients treated by the anorectal department of our hospital from May 2022 to October 2023 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method.The control group gave routine nursing intervention during perioperative period,the observation group gave predictive nursing during perioperative period,and the perioperative indicators and postoperative rehabilitation indicators of the two groups were collected.Results The postoperative complication rate in the observation group(11.76%)was lower than the control group(35.29%)(P<0.05).The VAS scores of wound pain on the 3rd and 7th day after surgery,as well as the PSQI sleep disorder score on the 5th day after surgery,were lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the wound healing time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of the observation group(97.06%)was higher than that of the control group(85.29%)(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of predictive nursing is helpful to accelerate the postoperative rehabilitation of anorectal surgery patients and reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications.
