预见性护理对血液净化患者影响探析

摘　　要：目的探析预见性护理对血液净化患者产生的具体影响。方法在我院血液净化中心选择80例血液净化患者,以随机数字表法分成每组40例的常规组(常规护理)与观察组(预见性护理),比较不良事件出现率、满意率、营养指标与自护能力(ESCA)与焦虑情绪(SAS)评分指标。结果观察组不良事件出现率5.00%,其ESCA评分、SAS评分低于常规组;护理质量满意率92.50%,其营养指标略高于常规组(均P<0.05)。结论血液净化患者经预见性护理干预指导,焦虑情绪得以充分缓解,自护能力逐渐增强,且营养状况日益恢复,同时护患关系也能得到有效调和。Objective To explore the specific impact of predictive care on patients with blood purification.Methods Eighty cases of blood purification patients were selected in the blood purification center of our hospital and divided into two groups by random table method:routine group(n=40,routine nursing)and observation group(n=40,predictive nursing),the occurrence rate of adverse events,satisfaction rate,nutritional index and self-care ability(ESCA)and SAS were compared.Results The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 5.00%,the ESCA and SAS scores were significantly lower than those in the routine group,the satisfaction rate of nursing quality was 92.50%,and the nutritional indexes were slightly higher than those in the routine group,there were significant differences between groups(P<0.05).Conclusions Under the guidance of predictive nursing intervention,the anxiety of patients with blood purification can be fully relieved,the self-care ability is gradually enhanced,and the nutritional status is gradually restored,and the nurse-patient relationship can be effectively reconciled,therefore.
