康复护理对脊髓损伤伴不全瘫术后患者的脊髓功能及对其心理状态的影响

摘　　要：目的为脊髓损伤伴不全瘫患者术后应用康复护理,观察具体效果以及对患者脊髓功能和心理状态的影响。方法本次研究共纳入76例患者,均为2021年5月至2024年5月到我院接受手术治疗的脊髓损伤伴不全瘫患者,分组方法为随机数字表法,共分为两组,各有38例,其中一组为对照组,行常规护理干预,另一组为观察组,在常规护理的基础上提供康复护理干预。对比两组患者的脊髓功能、心理状态以及生活质量水平。结果干预后,观察组ASIA感觉与运动评分、SCIMⅢ评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的SAS、SDS和SPBS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组WHOQOL-BREF各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论为脊髓损伤伴不全瘫术后患者应用康复护理效果较好,有利于改善患者脊髓功能,缓解不良心理情绪,改善生活质量。Objective To provide postoperative rehabilitation nursing for patients with spinal cord injury accompanied by incomplete paralysis,observe the specific effects and their impact on spinal cord function and psychological status.Methods This study included a total of 76 patients,all of whom were patients with spinal cord injury and incomplete paralysis who underwent surgical treatment in hospital from May 2021 to May 2024.The grouping method was random number table method,which was divided into two groups with 38 cases each.One group was the control group,receiving routine nursing care,while the other group was the observation group receiving rehabilitation nursing care in addition to routine care.The spinal cord function,psychological state,and quality of life of the two groups of patients were compared.Results After intervention,the observation group had higher levels of ASIA sensory and motor scores,as well as SCIMⅢ scores,compared to the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the SAS,SDS,and SPBS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the WHOQOLBREF scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group in all dimensions(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of rehabilitation nursing for patients with spinal cord injury and incomplete paralysis after surgery has shown good results,which is beneficial for improving spinal cord function,alleviating negative psychological emotions,and improving quality of life.
