基于湿性愈合理论的伤口换药护理在外伤伤口患者湿性换药中的效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析基于湿性愈合理论的伤口换药护理在外伤伤口患者湿性换药中的运用效果。方法选取2021年1月至2022年7月我院的70例外伤患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各35例,对照组采用常规伤口换药护理,观察组采用基于湿性愈合理论的伤口换药护理,对比两组外伤患者伤口平均愈合时间、平均换药次数、结痂等并发症发生率、患者满意度情况。结果观察组患者伤口平均愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.05),平均换药次数低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者换药期间结痂等并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组换药的护理总满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于湿性愈合理论的伤口换药护理在外伤伤口患者湿性换药中具有良好的运用效果,有利于缩短外伤患者伤口平均愈合时间,减少换药次数,避免结痂等并发症发生,提高患者对换药护理的满意度。Objective To analyze the application effect of wound dressing change nursing based on wet healing theory in patients with traumatic wounds.Methods Seventy patients with exceptional injuries in our hospital from January 2021 to July 2022 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received conventional wound dressing change nursing,while the observation group received wound dressing change nursing based on wet healing theory.The average wound healing time,average dressing change times,incidence of complications such as scab and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The average wound healing time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the average dressing change times were lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications such as scab during dressing change in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Wound dressing change nursing based on wet healing theory has a good application effect in wet dressing change of trauma patients,which is conducive to shorten the average healing time of trauma patients,reduce the number of dressing changes,avoid the occurrence of complications such as scab,and improve patients'satisfaction with dressing change nursing.
