摘　　要：20世纪上半叶矿产资源在经济建设中的巨大作用,引起了地方政府的高度重视。除西藏以外,各地均组织开展了地质矿产资源的调查。笔者等通过对省档案、民国时期政府公报与期刊杂志等文献资料的梳理,对地方政府组织地质矿产资源的考察背景、组织形式及作用进行了宏观的整理和案例分析。希望本项研究通过探寻民国时期地方矿产调查的组织形式和总体特征,为地方资源调查的组织建设有所借鉴。In the first half of the 20th Century,the significant role of mineral resource exploration in economic construction has attracted high attention of the local governments.Surveys of geological and mineral resources have been organized all over the country except Xizang(Tibet).Through the review of provincial archives,government bulletins and periodicals of the Republic of China,this paper makes a macro review and case analysis of the investigation background,organizational forms and functions of geological and mineral resources organized by local governments during the period of the Republic of China.It is hoped that this study can provide some reference for the organizational construction of local resource survey by exploring the organizational form and general characteristics during the period of Republic of China.
