摘　　要：农村养老已成为我国应对养老挑战的重点和难点所在。互助养老为我国农村提供了低成本、高质量的养老模式。乡村振兴战略的实施为农村互助养老的发展提供了重要契机。结合产业振兴,增加农村互助养老人力资源和经济资源;结合人才振兴,加强农村互助养老服务队伍建设;结合文化振兴,积极推进农村互助养老价值共识;结合生态振兴,促进城乡互助养老模式发展;结合组织振兴,筑牢农村互助养老根基。Rural elderly care has become a key and difficult point for China.Mutual aid for the aged provides a low-cost and high-quality care model for rural elderly in China.The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy will achieve comprehensive revitalization of rural areas in terms of economy,society,politics,culture,and ecology,which will provide an important opportunity for the development of rural mutual aid for the aged.We should combine industrial revitalization to increase the human and economic resources of rural mutual aid for the aged;Strengthen the construction of rural mutual aid for the aged in combination with talent revitalization;Actively promote the consensus on the value of mutual aid for the aged in rural areas through cultural revitalization;Promote the development of urban and rural mutual aid for the aged in combination with ecological revitalization;Consolidate the foundation of rural mutual aid for the aged through organizational revitalization.
