创伤骨科做实责任制整体护理的实践及效果评价

摘　　要：目的通过总结创伤骨科做实责任制整体护理管理经验,为临床做实责任制整体护理、提高护理质量和保障病人安全提供参考。方法选取2022年1月至12月我院创伤骨科收治的1469例病人为对照组,实施常规责任制整体护理模式;2023年1月至12月收治的1912例病人为观察组,实施从护士长层面和护士层面做实责任制整体护理模式。观察两组病人平均住院日、并发症发生率、不良事件发生率、重要病情隐患识别率及病人满意度。结果观察组病人平均住院日、并发症发生率及不良事件发生率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);重要病情隐患识别率和护理满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论从护士长层面和护士层面做实责任制整体护理管理,有利于保障护理安全、改善病人预后、提高病人满意度。Objective To summarize the experience of implementing responsibility holistic nursing in the Trauma Orthopedics Department,providing reference for implementing responsibility holistic nursing,improving nursing quality,and ensuring patient safety.Methods A total of 1469 patients admitted to the Trauma Orthopedics Department in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the control group,implementing convention responsibility holistic nursing model.In total,1912 patients admitted from January to December 2023 were selected as the observation group,and a management framework for responsibility holistic nursing was constructed from the perspectives of head nurses and nurses.The average hospitalization days,incidence of complications,incidence of adverse events,identification rate of important disease hazards,and patient satisfaction were observed.Results The average length of hospital stay,incidence of complications,and incidence of adverse events in the observation group were all reduced as compared with those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The identification rate of important disease hazards and nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing responsibility holistic nursing management in the head nurses and nurses is beneficial for ensuring nursing safety,improving patient outcomes,and increasing patient satisfaction.
