摘 要:为了开发用于复杂服役环境下混凝土受损结构的低碳修补砂浆,研究了不同掺量的蔗渣灰对修补砂浆的力学性能和抗氯盐侵蚀性的影响规律,对不同配比蔗渣灰修补砂浆的单位强度经济成本、单位强度碳排放、单位服役寿命碳排放3项指标进行分析,基于灰色聚类评估法对蔗渣灰修补砂浆的经济、性能和环境的影响程度进行评价。结果表明:考虑蔗渣灰修补砂浆处于潮汐浪溅区且保护层厚度为80 mm时,蔗渣灰掺量质量分数为15%的BA15蔗渣灰砂浆的服役寿命增长最大为213 a,相较于普通砂浆的103 a提高了106.7%,并且BA15蔗渣灰砂浆表现出最优异的经济成本和环境指标,在长期服役条件下的环境影响具有明显优势,相较于普通砂浆,其单位强度经济成本降低了18.8%,单位强度碳排放量降低了22.4%,单位服役寿命碳排放量降低了142.7%。基于灰色聚类评估法可知,蔗渣灰砂浆单位服役寿命碳排放的组合权重最大,通过提高蔗渣灰修补砂浆的服役寿命可以最大程度减轻砂浆碳排放造成的环境影响。建立了蔗渣灰基修补砂浆的综合评价模型,BA15蔗渣灰砂浆的综合评价指数K s最大为8.57,表现出最优异的综合评价。应控制蔗渣灰掺量质量分数在20%内才能使蔗渣灰修补砂浆的经济性能环境综合评价优于普通砂浆。To develop low-carbon repair mortars for damaged concrete structures in complex service environments,the economic cost per unit of strength,carbon emissions per unit of strength,and carbon emissions per unit of service life of SCBA based repair mortars with different SCBA dosages were analyzed.The performance and economic and environmental impacts of SCBA repair mortar were also comprehensively evaluated through the grey clustering method.The results show that if the SCBA repair mortar is applied in the tidal splash zone with a thickness of 80 mm,the service life of the mortar with 15%SCBA is the highest(213 a),which is 106.7%higher than that of ordinary mortar(103 a).Moreover,BA15 mortar shows the most excellent economic cost and environmental indicators,and has a significant advantage in the environmental impact under long-term service conditions,with a reduction of 18.8%in the economic cost per unit of strength,22.4%in carbon emissions per unit of strength,and 142.7%in carbon emissions per unit of service life,compared with ordinary mortars.Based on the evaluating grey clustering method,SCBA mortar has the largest combined weight of carbon emissions per unit service life,indicating that the environmental impacts caused by carbon emissions from the matrix can be minimized by increasing the service life of the SCBA mortar.The comprehensive evaluation model of SCBA-based repair mortar is established,and the comprehensive evaluation index K s of BA15 mortar is the highest at 8.57,which show the most excellent comprehensive evaluation.The dosage of SCBA should be controlled within 20%in order to make the economic performance environmental evaluation of SCBA repair mortar better than ordinary mortar.
