摘 要:针对机械式湿度调节能耗过高的问题,利用热改性、酸改性、碱改性,以及无机盐改性4种改性方式,对天然多孔矿物凹凸棒土进行改性,制备具有高效吸放湿性能的材料,用于被动调节室内湿度,从而实现建筑节能;通过XRD、SEM和BET等方法表征分析改性前、后凹凸棒土的物相与微观形貌,对比测试改性前、后样品的吸、放湿效率,系统探究不同改性方式对凹凸棒土吸放湿性能的影响。结果表明:700℃热改性有利于熔融凹凸棒土表面的针状晶体,形成更丰富的孔隙结构;浓度1 mol/L盐酸酸浸处理有利于去除杂质,增加微孔数量;在相对湿度33%~98%的环境下,相较于原矿,热改性和酸改性样品的120 h吸湿率分别提高了41.14%和35.32%,酸改性样品的放湿率提高了34.54%。Aiming at the problem of high energy consumption of mechanical humidity regulation,the natural porous mineral attapulgite was modified by thermal modification,acid modification,alkali modification and inorganic salt modification to prepare materials with high efficiency moisture absorption and discharge performance,which can be used to passively adjust indoor humidity,so as to achieve building energy saving.XRD,SEM and BET methods were used to characterize the phase and micromorphology of attapulgite before and after modification,and the moisture absorption and discharge efficiency of the samples before and after modification were compared and tested,and the effects of different modification methods on the moisture absorption and discharge performance of attapulgite were systematically explored.It is found that the heat modification at 700℃is beneficial to melt the acicular crystals on the surface of attapulgite,and more abundant pore structure is formed.1 mol/L hydrochloric acid leaching is beneficial to remove impurities and increase the number of micropores.In the environment of relative humidity of 33%~98%,the 120 h moisture absorption rate of thermal modified and acid modified samples increases by 41.14%and 35.32%,respectively,and the moisture release rate of acid modified samples increases by 34.54%.
