核电厂数字化仪控系安全问题及应对策略研究

摘  要:数字化仪控系统已广泛应用于我国核电厂。相较传统模拟系统,数字化仪控系统具有更高的可靠性和容错能力,但同时也增加了控制系统的复杂性和不确定性,带来了新的安全问题。通过将数字化仪控系统的失效机理和核电厂典型运行事件中呈现的失效过程相结合,更加全面的分析了导致相关安全问题的深层次原因,并结合法规导则要求的安全原则提出了相应的应对策略,以及部分准则和具体措施,为核电厂数字化仪控系统安全设计和审评提供了参考。The digital Instrumentation and control(I&C)systems has been widely used in Chinas nu-clear power plants.Compared with the traditional analog system,the digital I&C system has higher relia-bility and fault tolerance,but it also increases the complexity and uncertainty of the control system,bringing new safety issues.By combining the failure mechanism of the digital I&C system with the fail-ure process presented in the typical operation events in nuclear power plants,the deep causes of related safety problems are comprehensively analyzed,and the corresponding countermeasures,as well as some criterions and specific measures are put forward in combination with the safety principles required by the regulations and guidelines,which provide a reference for the safety design and review of the digital I&C system in nuclear power plants.
