摘 要:采用缩比模型方法,结合有限元分析和试验验证,对核电阀门阀杆的失稳行为开展研究。通过设计并测试缩比试样,深入分析了阀杆在实际工况下的失稳机理和临界载荷。研究结果表明,缩比模型能够有效模拟实际阀杆的失稳过程,并准确预测其临界失稳载荷。此外,试验与仿真的一致性验证了方法的准确性和可靠性。研究成果不仅为阀杆的设计和改进提供了理论依据和技术支持,还为核电厂阀门的安全评估和故障预防提供参考。The stability of valve spindles in nuclear power plants is crucial for ensuring the safe opera-tion of nuclear facilities.This paper employs a scaled model approach,combined with finite element a-nalysis and experimental validation,to investigate the instability behavior of valve spindles in nuclear power plants.By designing and testing scaled samples,the study delves deeply into the instability mech-anisms and critical loads of the spindles under actual operating conditions.The results demonstrate that the scaled model can effectively simulate the instability process of actual valve spindles and accurately predict their critical instability loads.Furthermore,the consistency between the experiments and simula-tions validates the accuracy and reliability of the method.This research not only provides theoretical ba-sis and technical support for the design and improvement of valve spindles but also offers references for safety assessments and failure prevention in nuclear power plant valves.
