摘  要:管道燃气自闭阀作为GB 55009-2021《燃气工程项目规范》标准中6.1.9条款规定能够切断向灶具供气安全装置的选择产品之一,用户和燃气公司无法实时掌握自闭阀运行状态、GIS(地理信息)及对异常运维管理等,影响了燃气安全性和服务质量的提升。本文在传统自闭阀可实现超压自闭、欠压自闭、过流自闭功能的基础上增加了电子模块,可以实时对传统自闭阀状态进行感知、判断并将其状态上报至管理平台。电子模块利用低功耗无线数据传输技术、智能感知集成电路的低功耗技术等实现智能自闭阀在运行状态时的低功耗、高可靠运行及物联网功能。The pipeline gas self closing valve is one of the selected products for the safety device that can cut off the gas supply to the stove according to clause 6.1.9 of GB 55009-2021"Project code for gas engineering"standard.However,users and gas companies cannot real-time grasp the operation status of the self closing valve,GIS(geographic information),and abnormal operation and maintenance management,which affects the improvement of gas safety and service quality.This paper adds an elec-tronic module to the traditional self-closing valve,which can realize the functions of overpressure self-closing,under-pressure self-closing and over-current self-closing.It can sense,judge and report the state of the traditional self-closing valve to the management platform in real time.The electronic module uses low-power wireless data transmission technology and low-power technology of intelli-gent sensing integrated circuit to realize the low-power,high-reliability operation and Internet of Things function of the intelligent self-closing valve in the running state.
