摘  要:由于煤、石油、天然气等燃烧会产生大量CO_(2)气体,造成温室气体浓度过大,对人类产生负面影响,因此将降碳减污列入国民经济的基本国策。石油化工是国民经济的支柱产业,常减压装置是石油化工的龙头装置,其排出的废气中含有大量的H_(2)S、SO_(2)、SO_(3)等含硫气体,以及CO、CO_(2)、CH_(4)等含碳气体;硫磺回收装置就是将硫进行回收、将碳进行酸化处理的节能环保装置,而柱塞式三通调节阀是该装置内的关键设备。柱塞式三通调节阀具有三个流道,分别是热流进口、冷流进口和混合流出口,其关键技术是研制了耐高温、耐腐蚀、耐冲刷的特种高温陶瓷,开发出确保混合流出口270℃±2℃的智能控制系统,并设计了防止硫磺结晶的蒸汽保温结构,推导出热流口阀座的内径计算公式。Due to the large amount of CO_(2),gas produced by the combustion of coal,oil,natural gas,etc.,resulting in excessive greenhouse gas concentration,which has a negative impact on human be-ings.Therefore,reducing carbon emissions and pollution has been included as the basic national policy of the national economy.Petrochemical industry is a pillar industry of the national economy,and the at-mospheric and vacuum distillation unit is the leading device of petrochemical industry.The exhaust gas discharged contains a large amount of sulfur-containing gases such as H_(2)S,SO_(2),SO_(3) as well as car-bon containing gases such as CO,CO_(2),CH_(4).The sulfur recovery unit is an energy-saving and environ-mental protection device that recovers sulfur and acidifies carbon.This valve is the most critical equip-ment in the unit.The plunger type three-way regulating valve has three flow ways,respectively the hot flow inlet,cold flow inlet,and mixture flow outlet.The key technology is the development of special high-temperature ceramic that are resistant to high temperature,corrosion,and erosion.An intelligent control system has been developed to ensure the mixture flow outlet temperature of 270℃±2℃.A steam insulation structure to prevent sulfur crystallization has been designed,and the inner diameter cal-culation formula of the hot flow inlet valve seat has been derived.
