摘  要:为解决核电关键阀门“卡脖子”问题,成功实现核电国产化,大连大高阀门股份有限公司提出加快新产品研发工作,对提升我国核电技术核心竞争力起着重要作用。主蒸汽隔离阀是太平岭1、2号机组LOT190Db项目国产化阀门之一,在阀门制造过程中,由于闸板尺寸较大、设计结构存在不对称性等因素,导致闸板的堆焊难度较大且极易产生贯穿性裂纹。为保证闸板一次焊接合格率,针对闸板焊前处理、焊接过程控制等方面进行了焊接工艺评定研究,通过一系列工艺的优化改进,闸板堆焊一次焊接合格率基本达到100%,同时这一研究结果为后续核电机组同类产品闸板堆焊提供了有效参考。In order to solve the problem of nuclear power key valves necking'and successfully realize the localization of nuclear power,Dalian Dagao Valve Co.,Ltd.has proposed to accelerate the research and development of new products,which plays an important role in enhancing the core competitiveness of China's nuclear power technology.The main steam isolation valve is one of the localized valves in the LOT190 Db project of Taipingling Unit 1 and Unit 2.In the valve manufacturing process,due to the large size of the gate plate and the asymmetry of the design structure,the surfacing of the gate plate is difficult and it is easy to produce penetrating cracks.In order to ensure the pass rate of the first welding of the gate plate,the welding process qualification was studied in terms of the pre-welding treatment and welding process control of the gate plate.Through a series of process optimization and improve-ment,the pass rate of the first welding of the gate plate was basically 100%.At the same time,this re-search result provides an effective reference for the gate plate surfacing of similar products in subse-quent nuclear power units.
